Stary Night Lapel Pin

I have been experiment on a winter piece recently. Those are bells and a star hanging from the extra chain on the piece.

I am still trying to hash out how to approach this piece. This is the second try because I am having trouble with the snowflake showing up properly with a background color. I know I want it to be a type of blue but nailing down the right blue is becoming a little frustrating...
I am going to try using a different resin next time to see if it will help the snowflake retain it's definition inside the bottlecap.
At least the lock washers are little less expensive so I'm not wasting too much money with my experimenting...
